What drives our educational approach?
Tortexio started in 2015 when event professionals across Ukraine needed structured access to vendor management training. The challenge was clear: coordinators in different regions faced similar problems but had no reliable way to learn systematic approaches.
We built a platform that delivers remote seminars with in-depth analysis of vendor relationships, contract structures, and quality control systems. Each session focuses on practical scenarios drawn from real event operations.
Our content examines how vendor networks function at scale. Participants study negotiation frameworks, performance tracking methods, and contingency planning across multiple supplier categories.
The platform serves learners from Lviv to Kharkiv, accounting for regional differences in vendor availability and market conditions. Discussion elements allow participants to compare approaches and refine their own strategies through peer exchange.
How we structure learning experiences
Our seminar design emphasizes depth over breadth. Each topic receives multiple sessions with progressive complexity, allowing participants to build understanding through repeated exposure to core concepts and varied case studies.
